Not there any more, made our way there today it’s not holdens ice cream any longer. It’s now carte dor. 🙄

Re-visit: (07.09.23) sadly the service was less friendly this morning! I almost apologised for asking for the ice cream as the face of the lady told me I’d inconvenienced her! And I can’t be 100% but I am sure when speaking to a member of the park staff she casually swore (f-bomb)! The sentence I believe was “they F-ing fly out” in reference to whatever the member of park staff had in his hand! I HAD A 4 yo WITH ME!! (Previous score 5 stars) Visited Holdens & Co this afternoon service was very friendly and had a Black Americano (which is my preferred coffee) was very nice! I also had a Creme Egg muffin!!.. Now I wouldn’t normally have a muffin but as you can see in the picture it looks to good to leave on their counter top! IT TASTED AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS 👍 RE-VISITED TODAY: 22.91.21 just before 12pm today’s review is as above but this time I had the Lotus topped muffin! Was great 👍

The ice cream is no doubt delicious, usually I hate to be that guy who leaves a bad review for a business, but guys the wait was mental. I waited 20 minutes for 4 ice creams with three people in front of me. Maybe they caught me on a bad day, but when you’ve got 4 kids waiting, you don’t want to see the sever chilling on her phone in the back room while there’s a queue out the door.

Really nice place, good selection of ice cream, staff really friendly.

Fantastic ice cream and desserts. Wonderful staff with a smile on their faces. Easy to communicate!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the desserts are delicious and extremely well presented!
